What are your gallery opening hours?

Our physical sculpture gallery is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sundays by private appointment for collectors and curators.

What is your visiting hours?

Visitors are welcome to explore our sculpture exhibitions during standard operating hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. Private tours with our resident art consultants can also be scheduled in advance.

Is your business open on bank holidays?

Yes, our digital sculpture store is open 24/7, and our physical gallery typically remains open on most bank holidays with adjusted hours (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Please check our announcements for specific holiday schedules.

Who is responsible for stolen arts?

We ensure that all physical sculpture shipments are fully insured during transit until they are safely delivered to your designated address. Once received and signed for, property security and insurance become the responsibility of the collector.

Who owns the copyright of my art work?

The purchasing collector acquires ownership of the physical sculpture piece itself, while the copyright and intellectual reproduction rights of the sculptural design remain with the original artist unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement.

Do I need to sign a contract to display my art?

Yes, sculptors and artists looking to exhibit or sell their pieces through our gallery are required to sign a standard consignment and display agreement outlining terms, commissions, and insurance coverage.

Can I purchase art through your app?

Yes, you can browse, explore in 3D, and securely purchase any of our masterclass sculptures directly through our mobile and web applications.

Do I need to pay shipping charges?

We offer complimentary standard global shipping on selected sculpture collections, though specialized heavy or crated freight charges may apply depending on your delivery destination and piece size.

Do I need to pay an application fee?

No, submitting your sculpture portfolio for evaluation and potential gallery representation is completely free of charge.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, allowing collectors to return sculptures in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.
